Warranty & Care
A quality wrap is built to last 5 to 10 years. A little everyday care keeps it looking new for the long end of that range. Here is how to look after it, and what our warranty covers.
Our warranty
Typically covered
- Lifting, peeling, or bubbling from a workmanship issue under normal household use.
- {{OWNER-PROVIDED: confirm coverage specifics}}.
Typically not covered
- Damage from direct high heat, sharp objects, harsh chemicals, or abuse.
- Normal wear on high-traffic areas over time, or issues on surfaces we advised against wrapping (such as countertops).
- {{OWNER-PROVIDED: confirm exclusions}}.
Everyday care
Clean gently
A soft cloth with mild dish soap and warm water is all you need. Skip abrasive pads, scouring powder, and harsh solvents.
Manage heat & steam
Keep toasters, kettles, and coffee makers from venting straight onto cabinet faces, and run your range exhaust fan when cooking.
Wipe spills quickly
Especially near edges and seams. Standing moisture is the main enemy of any adhesive over time.
Fix small lifts fast
A little warmth from a hair dryer plus firm pressure usually re-seats a small edge lift. Handle it early and it stays a non-issue.
What to avoid
- Direct high heat against the film (for example, a self-cleaning oven's exterior or a heat lamp).
- Abrasive or solvent cleaners, including acetone, bleach gels, and magic-eraser pads.
- Sharp impacts and scraping, which can cut or gouge the film.
